1. Service

Unlock Signals provides an AI-powered signal detection and outreach preparation platform. We monitor public information sources for signals relevant to your portfolio companies and prepare actionable briefings and outreach drafts.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per subscriber — sharing accounts is not allowed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Unlock Signals for lawful business purposes only. You may not:

• Use the platform to monitor individuals (as opposed to companies).
• Attempt to access another customer's portfolio or data.
• Use the service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's infrastructure.

4. Data Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your portfolio data and company information.
• We claim no intellectual property rights over your data.
• Signal briefings generated by our AI are provided as recommendations — you are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.

5. Human Approval

Any outreach initiated through Unlock Signals requires your explicit approval. We are not responsible for the content, timing, or outcome of communications you choose to send. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Billing & Cancellation

• Billing is handled securely via Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact contact@unlocksignals.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unlock Signals provides intelligence to inform your decisions, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal. We are not liable for business decisions made based on platform output. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
